Placing an Order

Once an order is placed on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order details carefully. If you notice any errors, contact our customer support team as soon as possible.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processing is complete, the order will be shipped and tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

To request a change or cancellation, please contact customer support immediately after placing your order.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Certain items may be non-returnable for safety or hygiene reasons


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Consumable items once opened

  • Products marked as final sale


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number

  2. Receive return authorization instructions

  3. Ship the product back following the provided guidelines

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

If you have not received a refund after the stated processing time:
