All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

We currently ship orders within the United States only. Delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations may be limited.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting details.
